What this is
vShark is an experimental coastal-intelligence prototype. The first geography is Sydney's Northern Beaches (NSW). Western Australia from Esperance to Gnaraloo is a first-class geography on the same platform. An east-coast bull shark corridor (Moreton Bay → Sydney) is a species-conditions layer, not a second product. A global white-shark telemetry gateway registers fragmented trackers without scraping restricted maps. It publishes a relative, uncalibrated interaction-risk sketch so the method and data gaps can be inspected. It is not a warning system.
Who this is not
vShark is an independent experimental prototype. It is not the NSW Government, WA Government, DPI / DPIRD SharkSmart, Surf Life Saving Australia, Surf Life Saving WA, Northern Beaches Council, City of Joondalup, or the Bureau of Meteorology.
Official beach safety remains: swim between the flags, follow lifeguards and closures, and use NSW SharkSmart or WA SharkSmart / DPIRD advice as applicable.
Public proof
